I purchased the duo after several months of research and saving. Murray was awesome - very helpful and quick to answer questions aplenty. The order came through in about 8 days and was in great shape! I can’t wait to start the transformation! You can’t go wrong with Hele. I plan on being the first to buy company stocks when they finally become available!!

Easy set up sleeping flat form
I’ll start by saying, the Hele Duo didn’t work for me because I am tall and large-boned and made the stupid mistake of owning a Subaru Crosstrek. It fit fine, but not with me on it 🤣. What I will say is everything about the Hele is incredibly high quality. The parts, the case and extra bags, the directions, the whole buying experience was absolutely over-the-top good. There is not one negative thing I could say, truly. My experience with Murray and the customer service team was truly exceptional as well. They just went above and beyond. If I had a bigger rig like a 4Runner or larger SUV this would have been the ticket for me. If you’re not a long and wide bodied individual, I’m sure a Crosstrek would be sufficient too.
Shipped and arrived within a week to California, straight out the box it took a total of 5minutes to set up. Sturdy aluminum frame and wood slats are light, durable, and functional. Easily fits my fiancé and self, I’m 6’4” and 200lbs. We have not had a chance to test it in the field, but we are excited to get out there and see how it sleeps. We did a lot of research and I’ve had some friends buy other brands to which they were unhappy with. Right away Ive been super stoked with this product. Did I mention it is easy to store and the storage bin is great for use on the road.
