How long will ice stay solid?

The Ice Box will keep ice solid for 48 hours. If you do some pre-care for your cooler, it will hold ice for much longer. The easiest way to maximize your cooler for longer extensions of ice retention is by pre-chilling your cooler.

To pre-chill a cooler, put a bag of ice, frozen water jugs, or ice packs inside. Close the lid. Let it sit overnight or for a few hours in a cool spot. Dump out that sacrificial ice before you pack your real food, drinks, and new bag of ice.

How does "tailgate" mode work?

Because one of the compartments is 1/3 the size of the other, the weight of the goods in the larger compartment will allow the shorter end to extended from your trunk area and balance off the end of your vehicle. Acting as a tailgate!

Added features like cupholders and a bottle opener will make your Ice Box the center of the party.

How much food does it fit?

The Ice Box will provide enough food for a couple to spend spend 2-3 nights or a solo adventure for 2-4 nights. With conscious packing in mind.
