Refund policy

Not stoked? Unlikely! But no worries—we’ve got you.

We’re a small (but mighty!) team, and our mission is simple: make sure you absolutely love your Hele Box.

That said, if it’s not the perfect fit, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to send it back.

A few quick things to know:

  • Keep your Hele Box in the same condition you received it
  • Hang onto your original packaging (it makes returns way easier)
  • Have your order number handy (automatically sent after checkout)

Returns are easy:
Send us an email at stoked@heleoutdoors.com with the subject line “RETURN” and we’ll take it from there.

We will split the return shipping cost with you and hook you up with a UPS return label to take the hassle out of the experience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at stoked@heleoutdoors.com.
