When launching the Hele Outdoors, we wanted to make sure the impact not only helped our community of car camping adventurers, but also gave back to the planet.
So we committed 3% of our profits to nature conservation.
After our first fiscal year of sales (April-Dec) we were able to donate over $3k to small non-profits that are on the frontlines of conversation & awareness.

North Shore Community Land Trust
All three of these organizations are focused on educating youth, enhancing, and protecting natural landscapes on Oahu, Hawaii.
Future Hele Box owners - fear not! We will continue to donate 3% of profits to nature conservation efforts as long as our lights are on.
Last year was solely focused on Hawaii. This year we will split the donations to both Hawaii and the mainland (1.5% each).
Why Hawaii? It will make more sense once you read our story!
